Kimora Lee Simmons didn't just give thanks for a beautiful family over the holidays, she also celebrated a FABULOUS photoshoot and cover for HARPER'S BAZAAR MALAYSIA. See the fab photos inside....

Kimora Lee Simmons covers the latest issue of HARPER'S BAZAAR MALAYSIA and the fab diva recently posted photos and outtakes from the shoot on her blog.

She said about the gorge shoot:

"The shoot was styled by superfab stylist Kenneth Goh and I had so much fun. The vibe was sooo fashion and it reminded me of shoots i did back when I first started modeling. Night shoots, loud music, rowdy (but ultra-skilled) crew – can’t beat it! Cant wait to show you all the final story with all images, but for now here is a taste.. What do you guys think?"

More pics of KiKi getting back to her model behavior:

Well obviously we think the pics are FAB Kimora.

Kristin Cavallari Engaged To Jay Cutler ... Again

'This time it's official,' the 'Hills' alum tweets of her reunion with the Chicago Bears quarterback.

MTV's fiercest bad girl, Kristin Cavallari, and her football-player beau, Jay Cutler, are engaged again.

"The Hills" alum confirmed the news Wednesday on Twitter. "This time it's official..Jay and I are engaged again," she wrote.

News of a possible reconciliation between the onetime "Dancing With the Stars" competitor and the Chicago Bears quarterback first hit the rumor mill earlier this month when Life & Style reported that the twosome had decided to give it another go after ending their first engagement over the summer.

However, at the time, the couple denied they had set the wedding wheels back in motion. Us Weekly reports that Cavallari was spotted Tuesday in Los Angeles wearing the 5.2-carat engagement ring he had given her for their first engagement.

The couple announced their original engagement in April when he popped the question during a vacation in Mexico. However, the first engagement ended only months later in July. The two had reportedly been deep in wedding planning when they called it off.

"She got dumped. She's absolutely devastated. She can't believe this is happening," a source said at the time. "She was planning her dream wedding, the date was set, the location — everything was set. She's in shock that the dream wedding she was planning is going to end this way."

Back before she decided to settle down with Cutler, Cavallari had been one of reality TV's greatest players. During her time on "Laguna Beach" and "The Hills," she spent her time with guys like Justin Bobby, Brody Jenner and Stephen Colletti.

Share your well-wishes for the couple in the comments below!

UFC 139?s Three* Stars: Henderson, Rua, Silva and McDonald

UFC 139?s Three* Stars: Henderson, Rua, Silva and McDonald

More than a day has passed since UFC 139 ended, and it's still running through my mind. I watched the NFL all Sunday, and I still couldn't stop thinking about the Henderson/Rua main event, Wanderlei Silva's unlikely win, and every other great performance that helped create such a memorable event. Below are Cagewriter's Three Stars. Tell us yours in the comments or on Facebook.

No. 1 star -- Dan Henderson: His walkout shirt read "Hearts and minds overcome all," and it turned out to be an indicator of the kind of main event that would happen at UFC 139. Henderson came out hard and seemed close to finishing off Rua early on, but used every bit of heart to survive in the later rounds as Rua dominated. Henderson extended his win streak to four, earned a title shot of some sort, and a $70,000 bonus. Not too shabby for a 41-year-old.

UFC 139?s Three* Stars: Henderson, Rua, Silva and McDonaldNo. 1a star -- Mauricio "Shogun" Rua: The other half of Henderson's amazing fight deserves as much recognition as Henderson. He withstood punches that have knocked out Fedor Emelianenko, Rafael Cavalcante, and Michael Bisping. With his face bloody and swollen, Rua engineered a comeback that fell just shy of a win in the eyes of the judges.

No. 2 star -- Wanderlei Silva: A bit of magic abounds when Silva hits the cage looking like his vintage self. He showed why he has the nickname "The Axe Murderer" as he withstood Cung Le's kicks, and then earned the TKO in the second round. There is no guarantee that we will get to see much more of him in the Octagon as he has taken much punishment over his 15-year MMA career. Instead of worrying about what's next for him, let's just enjoy that his magic was present in San Jose on Saturday.

No. 3 star -- Michael McDonald: He's 20, he has unlimited potential, and he has another memorable win under his belt. McDonald's knockout left Alex Soto with a very short UFC debut, and earned McDonald a $70,000 Knockout of the Night bonus. That's a record of 14-1 for McDonald before he even becomes old enough to drink after his American fights.

*Yep, that's actually four stars.

Noted MMA official Herb Dean, often called the "best referee in MMA" by UFC president Dana White, appeared on Tuesday's edition of "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon," and a video is now available of the segment.

However, this was no MMA contest. Instead, Dean was enlisted to oversee an "important" Ultimate Mustache Fighter matchup.

Aftermath of Hendo-Rua: Ice packs, blood and a title shot

What does a 41-year-old man look like after going five rounds in a classic MMA bout that you will tell your kids about? This:

Aftermath of Hendo-Rua: Ice packs, blood and a title shot

With the adrenaline of the evening still pumping, it's easy to say that Dan Henderson's tight win over Mauricio "Shogun" Rua was the best fight in UFC history. There's no quantitative way to gauge if this was better than every other fight to grace the Octagon.

But I know that this is a fight I will continue to talk about with friends, family, and complete strangers. I know this is a fight that I feel lucky to have watched live. I know that this fight will sit on my DVR until the piece of machinery dies so that I can watch the bout again and again. I know that it covered both the canvas and Henderson's shorts in blood:

Aftermath of Hendo-Rua: Ice packs, blood and a title shot

A fight like that will leave a mark on MMA fans, but it remains to be seen what Henderson's next step is. UFC president Dana White said in the post fight press conference that Henderson has secured a title shot, but timing will dictate if it's at middleweight or light heavyweight.

Britney Spears Hosts As Ke$ha, Jennifer Lopez, More Bring Wango Tango To L.A.

LOS ANGELESBritney Spears makes headlines at concerts, even when she's not performing. That's probably why Los Angeles radio station KIIS FM tapped the pop princess to guest-host their annual Wango Tango music festival along with Ryan Seacrest on Saturday night at the Staples Center.

The bill was a balance of pop and hip-hop, with acts like Ke$ha, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Ne-Yo, Selena Gomez, "Glee" 's Matthew Morrison, Lupe Fiasco, T-Pain, Jason Derülo, Far East Movement, New Boyz, Cobra Starship and newcomer Cody Simpson.

Backstage, the media room went into a frenzy when Spears arrived in a red, geometric-print dress and a beaming smile. Owning her "femme fatale" moniker, Spears worked the carpet for a few moments while all of the cameras in the room were pointing at her. It was the second red carpet appearance by Brit this week, after her Beverly Hills benefit on Wednesday night for the St. Bernard Project.

Check out photos from Wango Tango 2011.

Spears' Femme Fatale collaborator Ke$ha, who was returning to the festival for the second time, said that an onstage collab between to the two would have to require one thing.

"That would have to include me finding her and attacking her," Ke$ha told MTV News, with the best intentions. "I'm planning on pouncing her."

While that never happened, at least not onstage, Ke$ha delivered on her promise of a set heavy on her glitter gun. And she assured us she knew the dos and don'ts of handling that kind of firepower.

"Do not spray yourself in the face with it," she said. "Do spray everybody else with it. That's pretty much it."

While Joe Jonas wasn't performing at the show, he took a break from recording his solo debut to catch up with almost everyone backstage.

"I didn't see Britney backstage, just said 'hello' to a couple of my friends," Jonas said. "Backstage is always [full of] people, especially having it at the Staples Center this time, I think compared to all the way out in the desert, it changes everything."

Also happy to have Wango Tango in Los Angeles were locals Far East Movement.

"Man, we grew up literally a few blocks away from here, and you can only imagine basketball games being played here," Kev Nish said. "So to come in here as performers, to be able to do our songs in this arena is a little crazy. We used to pass out CDs a few blocks [away], so we're very thankful. And the lineup is nuts, so we're extremely excited to be a part of this lineup."

Lady Gaga Bested By Charlie Brown In Thanksgiving Ratings

'A Very Gaga Thanksgiving' couldn't overtake the classic 'Charlie Brown Thanksgiving.'
By James Montgomery

"A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving"
Photo: CBS

Lady Gaga's "A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" special may have been a triumph of overly-glammed performances, cooking segments with celebrity chefs and craft-time activities with third graders, but none of that was enough to overtake a time-tested Turkey Day classic, "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving."

Yes, Charlie, Peppermint Patty, Snoopy et al. bested Gaga in the Thanksgiving ratings battle, though the race was much closer than you'd probably expect. (Both programs aired on ABC.) "Charlie Brown Thanksgiving" — first broadcast in 1973 — was watched by some 5.8 million viewers on Thursday night, while "A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" was seen by 5.4 million, according to the Nielsen ratings. Both drew roughly the same audience share in the 18-49 age demo, though neither could compete with the big Thanksgiving-night winner: a repeat of CBS's "The Big Bang Theory," which was watched by more than 11 million viewers.

Fox's "Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas" was the most-viewed holiday special, watched by some 7.1 million folks.

And though it couldn't beat "Big Bang" or the animated "Ice Age" critters, "A Very Gaga Thanksgiving" did perform rather solidly. In fact, it managed to beat a whole lot of competing prime-time Thanksgiving programming, including NBC's re-airing of the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade (3.7 million viewers) and another Charlie Brown special, "Happiness Is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown," which was watched by 5 million viewers.

In the days leading up to her big Thanksgiving debut, Gaga took to Twitter to announce the release of a specially priced holiday EP, A Very Gaga Holiday. Then, again, Charlie Brown had her beat there, too: A Charlie Brown Christmas soundtrack was first released in 1965, after all.

Matchmaker, matchmaker: Strikeforce and UFC bookings on deck

The UFC and Strikeforce have been hard at work, putting together bouts to fill cards early in the new year.

-- Strikeforce's has scheduled a Showtime card for the Hard Rock in Las Vegas on January 7. The rumored headliner is Tim Kennedy taking on Luke Rockhold for the middleweight belt.

-- When the UFC cut several Golden Glory fighters over their management practices, Jon Olav Einemo was caught in the crossfire and lost his job. Now he's back in the UFC and is expected to fight Mike Russow at UFC on Fox 2 in Chicago. Russow is a police officer in Chicago, and will likely bring many fans to the United Center on January 28. Though Mark Munoz vs. Chael Sonnen is the rumored main event for that card, nothing has been finalized.

-- UFC 142 in Brazil had two fights added. Paulo Thiago will fight Mike Pyle. Considering how the crowd favored Thiago at UFC 134, expect another loud ovation for the Brazilian special forces officer. Ednaldo Oliveira will make his UFC debut against heavyweight Rob Broughton.

-- Rafael Natal will take on UFC rookie Michael Kuiper at UFC 143 in Las Vegas on Super Bowl weekend. Kuiper is undefeated, having fought most his bouts in Europe. Natal is coming off of a win over Paul Bradley at UFC 133.

-- Saturday's preliminary bouts before "The Ultimate Fighter" finale will be aired on Facebook. Those bouts still haven't been announced, and are expected to be full of cast members from the 14th season and the final TUF season on Spike.

-- MFC champ Ryan Jimmo signed with the UFC and will fight Karlos Vemola at UFC on FX 1 in Nashville.

PENICK: A Proposal to Bellator Fighting Championships to Tweak the Tournament Format

By: Jamie Penick, MMATorch Editor-in-Chief

Bellator Fighting Championships was started with the philosophy of providing a more "sport"-like take on mixed martial arts competition, with fighters needing to win one of their season tournaments in order to either win a championship or contend for one. The concept itself made sense for separating the best from the rest on their roster, but it's also a system that's inherently flawed in the way it's being implemented right now by the organization.

As it stands, Bellator will not give any fighter a title fight without first winning a tournament. That leaves potentially significant rematches for their titles off the table, even if a title fight is very close. We've already seen two examples of this in recent months, with Jay Hieron losing a split decision many felt he should have won against Ben Askren and Michael Chandler upsetting Eddie Alvarez in a great back and forth fight. Neither Hieron nor Askren will get an immediate rematch because of Bellator's insistence on the challengers coming out of the tournament setting.

But it's not just challengers that are potentially hurt by this system, as the champions themselves wind up on the short end of things in terms of getting fights, especially at a high level.

Bellator had champions in seven separate divisions to begin 2011. Those seven divisions have produced a whopping three title fights this year combined, with the addition of the light heavyweight division's belt with their first 205 lb. tournament. Four title fights through eight divisions, and two of them were at lightweight featuring Eddie Alvarez.

Right now, these divisional champions are either getting booked in one-off "super fights" at random intervals as they wait for a challenger to emerge, or they're sitting on the sidelines for lengthy periods of time while others in the division get more fights through the tournament format.

Take what happened Saturday night as another clear example of the issues here. Thiago Santos soccer-kicking Eric Prindle in the cup led to a no-contest in the finals of Bellator's second heavyweight tournament. That means no tournament winner, and no challenger to Bellator Heavyweight Champ Cole Konrad.

There isn't anything wrong with wanting to find out who the best in Bellator are through the tournament format. However, having divisional champions as opposed to tournament champions is an issue that will continue to lead to dissatisfaction on this front.

What I'd propose is something that has been talked about by others as well, but that's to plug the champions back into the tournament, with the final fight of each division's season being a five round "Tournament Championship" fight.

For the current Champions, plug them in with a first round bye, with six others taking part in the field. On side of the bracket will essentially be a four man mini-tournament to determine who faces the Champion - or whomever defeats the Champion - in the final tournament bout of that season. If you have a fight like Askren-Hieron or Chandler-Alvarez, the two could both get a bye in the next tournament, and face each other in the semifinals, allowing for immediate rematches.

This not only keeps the top fighters more active, but it also keeps them fighting legitimate competition instead of a random opponent brought into the organization. If they then lose in the tournament, the belt is vacated to go to the eventual tournament winner.

Of course, injuries are always an issue, so what happens if a tournament winner doesn't get to compete during a tournament? That's when you have a one-off between that tournament winner and whomever wins that next tournament in their stead. That can also be contested in a five round fight, with the winner again entering the next tournament.

Converting to this system would be simple, and would be an excellent way for Bellator to continue a narrative of their divisions from season to season, with each tournament winner continuing to establish themselves through the next tournament and beyond. As they move to a new era of the organization with Viacom and eventually Spike TV, this would be a great way to give even more meaning to their tournaments and to their top fighters.
